Goods returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. If we do not receive your goods within 14 days of the RMA number being issued to you, then the RMA number becomes void and you will need to request a new RMA number.
If you notify us that you wish to send goods back to us within seven working days of your receipt of them, then we will refund both the product cost and the original shipping cost within 30 days if you are returning the complete order only. Postage will not be refunded for a partial return. The seven working day cooling off period starts on the first working day after you receive your goods. If you notify us that you wish to send goods back to us within 30 days of your receipt of them, then upon our receipt of the returned goods we will refund the original product cost only within 30 days of our receipt. The 30 day money back guarantee period starts on the first day after you receive your goods.
We cannot accept returns of software which has been opened. All goods must be returned as supplied with regard to packaging and general condition. All special order items and items sold to trade customers are subject to a restocking fee. Please ensure your parcel is sensibly and suitably packed and protected.
