Our business packages are well-suited to small and medium-sized businesses or homeworkers who have a critical need for a fast and reliable broadband connection. Business customers enjoy a one-day fault response during working hours and a static IP address.

Unlike many competitor offerings, our upload speeds are comparable to the download speeds. Payment is by Direct Debit and there is no minimum contract length or cancellation fee.

All business packages include a static IP address.

In contrast to our residential packages, our business services are sold primarily on the basis of traffic usage and we are pleased to say that our usage allowances are among the most generous in the industry. You can upgrade your package at any time, and we allow up to two downgrades per year if desired. If you ever use your monthly allowance up, our system will automatically reduce your speed back to 5 Mbps so you will never be without Internet no matter how much you use it.

Many small offices choose to start on our basic B10 package which comes with a 100 GB (gigabytes) monthly usage allowance at a speed of 10 Mbps (megabits per second). If heavy usage is expected, then our B10+ package offers three times the allowance, or the B10XL boasts half a terabyte. Where higher speeds are desirable, we offer faster B20 and B30 versions which are 20 and 30 Mbps respectively.
