Frequently Asked Questions

How do I update my debit card details?

In order to ensure continuity of service, it's important to ensure that your debit card details are kept up to date. Please do this before the end of the month in which your old card expires. Here is how you do it:

1. Firstly please login to the Worldpay website. Your username and password can be found on the 'Worldpay Login Details' emails which were sent to you when you first placed your broadband order.

If you can't remember your Worldpay username and password and can't find the original emails containing these details then click on the 'Forgot your password?' link. Next, type in your Agreement ID and email address then click on the Send reminder button. Then check your email to get the username and password.

If you have lost your Agreement ID then please login to the Beeline website using your email address and Beeline password, then click on My Account where your Agreement ID will be shown. If you can't login to the Beeline website then please email us asking for us to remind you of your Agreement ID.

2. Once you are logged in to Worldpay, your Agreement should be listed. Click on the Agreement ID to view more details. Clicking on the 'Change Payment Details' button at top of page will take you to the page where you can update card details, e.g. the card number or the expiry date.

3. Once submitted, these new card details will be used for all future monthly transactions on that FuturePay agreement until changed or cancelled.

4. If your account was in arrears, any overdue payments will be automatically charged to your new card at a rate of one per day until the account is up to date.
